About me
Brandt is a graphic designer taking his first steps in the industry, but don’t let the lack of experience fool you, he is a traditional artist through and through, and has had a talent for illustration since he picked up a pencil at age 4.
He has a Diploma in Graphic Design and, prior to this career change, ran his own Personal Training business for 5 years. He is also an indie comic artist and is currently working on publishing his first book. He tends to gravitate towards the traditional feel of lead and ink for his art, but is steadily learning to develop his design skills from a technical standpoint when it comes to a digital medium.
When he's not working on something creative, you can find him enjoying a good book in his ever-growing personal library, increasing his arsenal of useless trivia from movies, games and tv, or curling iron in the gym.
Here at Southdown, he takes care of the graphics associated with advertisements, social media posts and printed material (such as banners, brochures and books), along with brand development for clients that need new or updated logomarks and brand identities. If you need to catch the eye of your customers as they scroll, or want to print something that will look and feel amazing in their hands, he's your man.
